✦ How I Determine Time
Before starting, I’ll review your request and give you a time estimate based on:- Complexity (simple vs detailed character/ outfit, size of item, technique)- Number of characters or props- Rendering style (sketch, flat color, full paint)- Background or special effects (if any)- Printing and curing- AssemblyOnce you approve the estimate, I’ll begin your piece and keep you updated if it looks like it’ll run longer or shorter than expected.

Basing prices on time ensures that you pay a fair, transparent rate—and I can give each piece the attention it deserves.

Most of the art you will find on my website will either be in a moe (pronounced mow-ay) or shojo style. This is what I am most practiced in as it is what I am most comfortable doing, and is therefore my quickest style, other styles may increase the time it takes me to complete a piece. You must provide all reference material upon completion of payment.You will receive 2–4 Work In Progress (WIP) images based on your commission type:WIP stages:Rough Sketch – For feedback on pose, outfit, and expression
Flat Colors – For review and color confirmation
WIP's 3 and 4 - only provided if you are getting a complex background, in which case they will be the same as WIP's 1 and 2I will not move forward without your written approval of each WIP. This means the timeline of completion depends on your responsiveness.Example:
If we agree to a 1-week timeline and you delay a WIP approval by 5 days, that delay is added to the overall delivery time.Failure to respond to WIPs within 2 weeks will result in cancellation.
I will send up to 3 reminders before cancelling and issuing a partial refund per the cancellation policy.✦ Adoptable Auction Timeline
Once the auction ends, you have 1 month to request changes to the character.Changes can be requested before payment is complete but will only be completed after full payment is received.Turnaround Times for Adoptable Edits:- Character changes: 1 week

- Alt poses: 1 week
